Know what you buy, what you sell, and what you earned.
OneSeller is operations software for a reselling business — buying, stock, live selling, invoicing and delivery in one place, instead of a spreadsheet, a camera roll and a courier upload you edit by hand every week.
From the supplier to the doorstep
Five steps, in the order they actually happen. Each one hands the next what it needs, so nothing is typed twice and nothing has to be reconciled at the end of the month.
- 01
Buy
Purchase orders with the supplier, the currency and the exchange rate. Additional costs go on the order, not spread across every line.
- 02
Stock
Mark an order delivered and loaded, and the goods become sellable. Every movement is a ledger entry, so stock is a sum and never a counter somebody edited.
- 03
Sell
A live session, buyer first, then their items. Type a phone number and the buyer appears. Oversell is refused by the database rather than noticed afterwards.
- 04
Invoice
Close the session, then raise an invoice per buyer over the records you pick. Attach the payment screenshot. Nothing ships until the money and the address are both there.
- 05
Deliver
A paid batch becomes parcels, and the courier's upload file comes out the other end — built from the same rows you have been looking at.
Three things a spreadsheet quietly gets wrong
Every reseller has been caught by at least one of them, usually without knowing at the time. They are the first three this was built to stop.
Know your real margin, not your best guess
Type a unit cost into a spreadsheet and you have guessed. Freight, fees and the exchange rate on the day all move it — and you find out months later, when a batch you were pleased with turns out to have made almost nothing. OneSeller works landed cost out from what you actually paid, so profit per batch is exact, and stays exact when you reorder the same thing at a different price.
Stop losing parcels to a postal code
Singapore postal codes beginning with 0 — the whole of the CBD and Marina Bay — turn into five-digit non-addresses the moment Excel decides they are numbers. You never notice; the courier does, and the parcel comes back. The upload file writes them as text, so 018956 stays 018956 and it goes where you sent it.
Never mistake a delivery fee for profit
Counting delivery as revenue is the quickest way to believe you are earning more than you are. Tick a box on the invoice: charge it on and it passes straight through, absorb it and it comes out of your margin. The figures follow whichever you chose — so the number on the screen is the one you can actually spend.
Start free. Move up when it has earned it.
Every tier is the same software. What changes is how much of it you can fill — no feature is held back to make a point.

Prices in US dollars. Addresses, postal codes and phone numbers assume Singapore, and the delivery export is built to one courier’s upload template — everything up to delivery works if you ship with somebody else, so ask us before you rely on that last step. Buying in another currency is supported; selling in one is not, yet.
Put one season through it and see what it says.
Nothing to install and nothing to cancel — the free tier is free, and your records are yours to export whenever you want them.
